Meet you and your baby wherever you may be on that day, emotionally and physically, and based on this, create a plan of care with spontaneity, love and acceptance.
Honor and respect your intuition, innate knowledge and experiences as a mother and as parents.
Bring offerings to bring warmth back to the body with nurturing closing ceremonies, yoni steams, sitz baths, warming foods, and other ayurvedic offerings which help bring balance back to a mama’s body and bring her in tune with her new baby in a gentle and natural way.
