I work with clients from a heart centered and collaborative approach. I believe that every individual is the expert of their own lives and knows what is best for them. During life transitions it can be hard to see past the “fog”. My hope is to remind you of your inner strength & work together to come up with ways of caring for yourself, infant, and family that feel true and authentic to you. I promote infant care that is safe, consistent, and nurturing. My purpose is not to judge parenting styles – if a certain approach is working for one family this does not mean it will be the gold standard for another.
I’m here to provide a warm and compassionate presence to you and your family. My hope is to create a sacred place of healing that allows clients to feel safe, at ease, and understood within the early days and weeks upon bringing a newborn baby into this world.
My belief is that every mother and spouse has their own inner knowing – my role as your postpartum doula is not only to honor this but to actively notice it within you as well. I foster maximum self-determination with my clients which allows families to parent from a place of empowerment, confidence, and unconditional love.
